— E-COMMERCE
Storefronts built for how India actually buys.
Variant-heavy catalogues, combo offers, Razorpay checkout, WhatsApp order updates and courier sync — built so the person running the shop can change a price without calling us.
01 THE WORK
What this covers
Indian e-commerce is a payments and messaging problem as much as a catalogue one. A storefront that looks right and checks out cleanly still leaks orders if the payment retry flow is wrong, if COD is buried, or if the customer never gets a WhatsApp message telling them where the parcel is. We build the whole path, not the shop window.
The other half of the job is the person running the store on a Tuesday afternoon. Products change, prices change, a combo goes live for a festival. If any of that needs a developer, the build has failed. Catalogue, pricing, offers and content are things the client team edits directly, and we train them on it before handover.
WooCommerce where the catalogue and the ecosystem fit; a custom storefront where the product model is too unusual for a plugin to hold. We have shipped both, and the recommendation comes with the reasoning attached.
02 WHAT IS INCLUDED
Four things every build of this kind carries.
Catalogue that survives variants
Sizes, colours, combos and bundles modelled properly, so the tenth product is as easy to add as the first.
Checkout that converts
Razorpay with UPI, cards and COD, retries handled, and the abandoned-cart path built rather than assumed.
Order comms on WhatsApp
Confirmation, dispatch and delivery updates over the channel Indian customers actually read — with the template economics worked out first.
Ops that connect
Shiprocket for courier, Zoho for books and inventory, so the shop and the back office hold the same numbers.
03 PROOF

04 FAQ
The questions that come up first.
WooCommerce or a custom storefront?
WooCommerce when the catalogue is conventional and the plugin ecosystem does real work for you. Custom when the product model, the pricing logic or the checkout is unusual enough that you would be fighting the platform every release.
Can you fix an existing store instead of rebuilding it?
Often, yes. Most conversion problems on Indian D2C stores are checkout, speed and messaging — all fixable in place. We have written up the common leaks and what each one costs.
Do you handle WhatsApp order notifications?
Yes. We also run Wavora, our own WhatsApp Business API platform, so the messaging layer is something we operate rather than resell.
Pricing, phases and payment terms for all three engagement models are on the services page.
